Sometime in the future, or in the past, or maybe now, there is a beach full of trash. It is the beach where the trash from all the other beaches is stored for safekeeping. A chorus of sea creatures narrates the tense interactions of Andriya, a member of the Beach Guard, and the local beachgoers (who happen to be her mother and brother).
