This week marks the launch of The Bee’s Reads, a new blog that will feature a wide and bizarre range of content. I will be a writer and editor for the site and largely responsible for curating the section called “Tieranny,” featuring tierings (like rankings, but better) of just about anything you might think of.

I’m delighted to announce that I’ve been selected to participate in the “Lerner and Loewe” writers group at Musical Theatre Factory. I’ll be working on a brand new musical there, so keep an ear to the ground for more to come!

NY City Center is hosting a contest to reimagine an Alan Menken song as part of their production of God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater. (You may remember my entry from their Sondheim Remix contest a few years ago.) I reworked the classic Little Mermaid tune “Part of Your World” from the perspective of a robot who wants to be human.
